Just stop pleasing everyone in your market place, you can’t compete with your giant competitors as you don’t have deep pockets like them.

It is better to dig 100 meter deeper in one place than digging one meter at 100 places.

The more generic you are the greater your competition will be since you have placed your same offering in the same ring as your big competitors have.

Remember your customer or client will only ask for discount when you would not be able to convince him or her the value you are offering or they could not find something of value for them which they are already getting from your competition.

So the natural option will be asking for the discount or low price from you than selecting your competition.

20 years back Electric Car market was thought to be Niche market but situation has changed and it has become primary market.

Always work on lesser option, increase your focus and you can multiply the results.
